Our firm is based in Shelbyville, Shelby County, Indiana. Although we primarily manage cases in Shelby and the surrounding counties (Johnson, Rush, Decatur, Hancock) we can practice throughout Indiana, the U.S. Federal Courts located in Indiana, and the U.S. Tax Court. GUARDIAN AD LITEM
As a registered Guardian Ad Litem, I work to independently investigate circumstances that impact children's best interests. GALs are primarily appointed by the Court to investigate and prepare a report concerning the children's best interests in contested family litigation.
